Meet, multi-talented actor, Naomi LaVette.

Naomi LaVette, a born entertainer, hails from Niagara Falls, NY. She attended Wilma Boyd Career Center, but knew the acting bug would prevail and relocated to Atlanta, Georgia where she met and married her Pastry Chef Husband, David Booker. She now resides in the District of Columbia with her husband. Naomi has appeared in several films, most recently “Are You Here” with Owen Wilson and Zack Galifinikis. Naomi's recent television credits include “Resurrection” (ABC), “Girls Behaving Badly” (Oxygen), “Coma” (A&E),  “House of Payne” (TBS) and “Army Wives” (Lifetime). Naomi has been blessed to grace stages ranging from the Yale School of Drama, to some of Atlanta's most popular regional theatre's including Synchronicity, The Horizon Theatre, The Aurora Theatre, The Alliance Theatre, and True Colors Theatre. She has also toured nationally. Naomi has received accolades for her work on stage and is a Suzi Bass Award winner (Best Ensemble) and nominee (Best Featured Actress) for her “dynamic” performance as “Ms. Lamama in “Shakin the Mess Outta Misery” (Horizon Theatre).

When Naomi isn’t auditioning (or taking classes for some new trending technique) she can be found taste testing her husbands latest dessert (OMG yummy!), practicing on her acoustic guitar, or learning to speak Spanish. Naomi also enjoys traveling and is a self-proclaimed spa addict!

She is excited about the endless possibilities in the entertainment industry but she truly believes that "fame is fleeting, it is the integrity and character of a man or woman that lasts forever.. so do what you LOVE and LOVE what you do.. see you on set or upstage right… whichever comes first!"
